Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers FLYR’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected from merchants and members (hereafter “merchant”, “member” “consumer” or “you”) who use the flyronline.com website services, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business. This Policy also covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that flyronline.com’s business partners may share with it.

  This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that FLYR does not own or control, or to people that FLYR does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use
FLYR collects personally identifiable information when you register for a flyronline.com membership or account, and when you use certain FLYR products and services.   FLYR may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.

  FLYR sends personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people: 1) when we have your consent to share the information; 2) when we need to share your information with third parties, such as banks and credit card processors, to provide the product or service you have requested; 3) in connection with products and services offered by FLYR's business partners and/or companies who work on behalf of FLYR to provide a product or service to you; 4) it is appropriate to comply with law; 5) it is necessary to enforce or apply the terms and conditions of our member terms and conditions agreement and other applicable agreements; or 6) it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of FLYR, our users, or others, which may include the exchange of information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.

In the event that FLYR is acquired, member and merchant account information may be one of the transferred assets.  As with any other business, it is possible that FLYR in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company.  If such an acquisition occurs, the successor company would have access to the information maintained by FLYR, including your personal information, customer and business account information, but would continue to be bound by this policy unless you consent otherwise.

Cookies and IP Addresses

To serve you faster and with better quality, we may use "cookies" technology.  Cookies are small bits of code, usually stored on a user's computer hard drive, which enable a website to "personalize" itself for each user.  We generally use cookies to reduce the time it takes for pages to load on your computer and to assist with user tracking.  User tracking (or "click-stream") data collected by us is used to optimize your experience by learning whether or not you successfully use the flyronline.com website.  Cookies may be tied to your personal information. FLYR reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.
